PaidZen uses the official QuickBooks and Xero OAuth APIs. You authorize a secure, read-only connection and your invoices sync automatically. We never store your accounting login credentials, and you can disconnect at any time.
Payments go directly to your Stripe account. PaidZen automatically marks the invoice as paid, stops any future reminders, syncs the payment back to QuickBooks or Xero, and sends a receipt to your client. All hands-free.
